The Guess Who, the band that became Canada’s first international rock music superstars and produced such worldwide hits as “These Eyes,” “No Time” and “American Woman,” will visit Springfield on Saturday, October 6 for a special intimate performance in a scaled-down O’Reilly Family Event Center (only 2,000 seats available).
Tickets start at just $24, with a VIP option for $69 that includes seats in the first two rows, a concert poster and a pre-show Meet and Greet and autograph session with The Guess Who before the show on the campus of Drury University.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the show to start at 7, with special guest Lyal Strickland followed by Speakeasy at 7:45 to kick off the evening of rock and roll entertainment.
The concert will be held in conjunction with the Panther Run For Care To Learn (www.caretolearnfund.org) that morning at the OFEC. A portion of proceeds from that evening’s show – $1 from every ticket sold – will benefit the fund that helps children from the Ozarks meet necessary health and hygiene needs.
A collection area inside the O’Reilly Center will also be set up and accepting donations for Care To Learn throughout the concert.
